As a delivery driver you will collect and deliver parcels across the Chicago metro area, following optimised routes and providing friendly, professional service at every stop.

• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• At least 1 year of delivery or courier experience
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg

Logistics coordinators manage day-to-day shipment flow, assign drivers, record delivery updates, and keep customers informed. You will work closely with drivers and the customer support team.

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations
• Comfort with dashboards and tracking systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability across business hours

You will be the first point of contact for customers with shipment questions, handling enquiries by email and phone and escalating issues to operations when needed.

• 1+ year in customer support
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
• Patience and attention to detail

Engineers at SpeedLin build the customer portal, tracking systems, and internal dashboards. You will work across the stack to ship reliable, secure features.

• Experience with TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with backend APIs and databases
